Michael DeLeonardis

Michael DeLeonardis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Michael is currently the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at Ashling Partners, where they focus on driving efficiency gains and innovation through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. Prior to this, they served as a Strategic Advisor at HealthSaver.ai and Member at Pavilion.

Michael has held leadership positions in several companies, including Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Intangent, President - North America at beqom, EVP/General Manager - Americas at smartShift Technologies, and Vice President - Insights & Benchmarking at Xactly Corp. Michael was also the President and COO of Inpriva, and Co-Founder/General Manager of Arcadia Healthcare Solutions. Additionally, they co-founded the Boston Mobile Forum and served as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in driving revenue growth, sales management, strategic planning, and implementing innovative technologies. Michael has a strong track record of delivering business results and transforming organizations to achieve their goals.

Michael DeLeonardis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Michael attended the university from 1994 to 1998.
