Dr Nneka Abulokwe

Dr. Nneka Abulokwe, OBE, is the founder of MicroMax Consulting, a boutique consultancy firm that provides board and executive advisory services focused on technology, digital governance, and organizational cohesion. Holding multiple distinguished board positions, Dr. Abulokwe serves as the Board & Independent Non-Executive Director at Capita, where Dr Nneka chairs the ESG committee, and as the Board & Non-Independent Executive Director at Davies Group, chairing the Responsible Business Committee. Additional roles include being a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Visitors at the Ashmolean Museum and a member of the International Advisory Board at Cranfield School of Management. Dr. Abulokwe also has experience as an Executive Director at Sopra Steria and as Delivery Director at Atos. Academically, Dr. Abulokwe holds a PhD from Cranfield School of Management and other relevant degrees from prestigious institutions.
