Oscar Ardila

Oscar Ardila serves as the Head of Alternatives Distribution at Ashmore since July 2018, overseeing private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and healthcare initiatives. Previously held roles at AshmoreAVENIDA included leading investor relations for private equity real estate funds and managing the ESG and responsible investing team. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Avenida Capital, where Oscar led the ESG strategy for real estate investment funds, and as Development and Finance Manager at The Time In Children's Art Initiative. Oscar also founded and directed the Bogotá International Piano Festival from 2010 to 2015. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from Columbia University, participation in the Oxford Private Equity Programme at Saïd Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Pedagogy from Universidad Pedagógica Nacional.
