Ashok Gangadhar

Ashok Gangadhar has extensive work experience in logistics and supply chain management. Ashok is currently the Head of Logistics at Ashok Leyland, where they are responsible for optimizing logistics processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Prior to this, they worked at Ford Motor Company in various roles, including General Manager of Material Planning & Logistics at the Chennai Vehicle Assembly Plant and General Manager of Ford China Trading Company. Ashok also held positions such as General Manager of Asia Pacific Logistics, Manager of Customs & Vehicle Distribution, and Manager of Logistics Network Planning and Design for Asia Pacific & Africa. Before joining Ford, they worked at Bosch as a Senior Officer in Materials.

Ashok Gangadhar completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from RV College Of Engineering from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Physics & Chemistry from Vijaya College from 1991 to 1993. In addition, they hold certifications in Foundations of Project Management from Google and Six Sigma - Black Belt from Ford Motor Company. Ashok also participated in the GOLD/ COMPASS/ LIGHTHOUSE - FORD LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMs.
