Arvinder J Singh

Director, Ashoka Centre for Well-Being at Ashoka University

Arvinder J Singh is the current Director of the Ashoka Centre for Well-Being at Ashoka University. Prior to this, they served as a Guest Faculty at IIIT Delhi from December 2010 to December 2013, where they were responsible for curriculum development and teaching a 4-credit semester course in Introduction to Psychology. Singh also has experience working as a Consultant Trainer for Trauma Healing at UNICEF from January 2000 to December 2002, where they developed training manuals in basic counselling skills for teachers, community level workers and paramedics in Kashmir. In addition, they served as the Founding Director of Listening Circles Healing Spaces and as a Consultant Trainer at WISCOMP from January 2004 to December 2008. Singh is also a Psychotherapist with their own private practice.
