Rony Cortez Terrazas

Rony Cortez Terrazas currently serves as President Elect of the ASHRAE Peru Chapter since July 2023. With extensive experience at LG Electronics since September 2014, Rony holds the positions of Sales Head for Commercial Air Conditioning and Key Account Manager, focusing on the business development of VRF Multi V, GHP, and Chiller systems. Prior roles include Specialist HVAC at Ascensores SA, where Rony conducted HVAC reengineering and project management, and various engineering positions overseeing fire protection systems at SAEG CONTROLS S.A.C. and Insell Peru SAC. Rony began a career in engineering as a trainee at IMI del Peru SAC. Rony holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional del Callao, a Project Management degree from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Pacífico Business School.
