Jacob Ryan

Jacob Ryan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Leasing at Ashton Gray since July 2024. Prior to this role, Jacob held a position in Investment Sales at Northmarq from February 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included servicing institutional and private investors in the acquisition, disposition, and capitalization of net lease real estate assets across various sectors, including retail, industrial, and medical.
