Damon Lavdas has extensive work experience in the home-building industry. Damon started their career at Richmond American Homes as an Assistant Superintendent in 1997. Damon then worked at Shea Homes as a Superintendent from 1999 to 2001, followed by a role at DR Horton as a Superintendent from 2001 to 2002. Damon then joined Pulte Homes as a Project Manager from 2002 to 2006. Currently, they serve as the Director of Customer Care at Ashton Woods Homes, starting in 2006.
Damon Lavdas attended Cuyahoga Community College from 1992 to 1994, studying Graphic Design.
