Marc Chadwick

Marc Chadwick is an experienced land development professional with a diverse background in the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as Land Development Manager at Ashton Woods Homes since January 2021, Marc previously held the same position at Ashton Woods from May 2018 to March 2020. Additional experience includes roles as Land Development Consultant at Bateman Civil Survey Company, Sr. Land Manager at Lennar Homes, and Vice President of Land Development at CalAtlantic Homes. A significant portion of Marc's career was spent at Winchester Homes Inc., where Marc held multiple roles, including Vice President Land Development and Homebuilding Supervisor.
