Richard de Carle

Richard de Carle is a partner in the corporate practice who also specialises in restructuring.

Richard joined the firm from Slaughter and May where he was a partner for 27 years.

His broad corporate practice covers international and domestic transactions including public and private mergers, acquisitions and takeovers, joint ventures, equity capital markets issues and demergers, private equity, corporate governance, compliance and data protection.

He has significant experience in major domestic and cross-border restructurings and insolvencies acting for companies, creditors, insolvency practitioners and government agencies in the UK and overseas.
