Raj Soneji

Raj Soneji has extensive experience in executive search and advisory roles. Raj started their career as a Researcher at Hays Executive in 2017 and later became a Consultant. Raj then joined Bailey Montagu Executive Search and Interim Solutions as a Researcher, specializing in the Industrial, Consulting & Professional Services, and Healthcare & Life Sciences industries. In 2022, they worked as a Consultant at Teneo, a global CEO advisory firm. Currently, Raj holds the position of Principal and Research Director at Ashwood Executive Search International.

Raj Soneji attended the University of Hull from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree.
