Thomas Kochert

Thomas Kochert has extensive experience in international development and project management, currently serving as the International Development Manager and Consultant for Asia Air Survey Co., Ltd. since February 2018, focusing on project formulation for Japanese Technical Cooperation and global business development. Prior roles include Advisor-negotiator at the French Ministry for an Ecological and Solidary Transition, where leadership of the European Information and Observation Network for the Environment was undertaken, and GIS/IT Programme Manager at ONF (French Agency for Public Forests), overseeing GIS projects aimed at soil conservation and forest resource assessment. Thomas's earlier experiences include positions at the French Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries, and various internships, enhanced by a strong academic background with multiple master's degrees from AgroParisTech and L'Institut Agro Montpellier in relevant fields.
