Jackie Cao

Jackie Cao is the current director at Asia Carbon Search. Jackie has over ten years of experience in the property and construction industry, specializing in real estate sector. Jackie has worked with leading developers, owners, funds, and consultancies. Jackie is experienced in both retainer and contingent based search.

Jackie started their career as a Research Consultant of Property & Construction at Career International in 2010. Jackie then moved to Hudson in 2011 as an Associate Consultant. Jackie was promoted to Senior Researcher in 2012 and then to Research Consultant in 2013. During their time at Hudson, they successfully placed more than 30 candidates from Manager to Director level in the Real Estate and Banking sector. Jackie also contributed more than RMB 2.5 million revenue to the company.

Some of Jackie’s successful placements include the Head of Design, Head of Business Development, and Head of Marketing for a leading Singapore developer; DGM-Construction for a leading local developer; Senior Project Manager for a leading North America RE investor; Leasing Managers, Project Managers, Investment Managers/Directors for a leading industrial developer; and Corporate Real Estate positions such as Facility Manager and Security Manager.

Jack Cao is currently enrolled in a dual Bachelor's degree program at Shanghai University, studying Biomedical Engineering and Business Administration.

Their manager is Adrian Mallett, Managing Director. They work with Daoyi Gong - Director, Daniel Dat - Managing Director, and Anu Sharma - Director.
