Chu Hong Hanh is the Head of Innovation Lab at ACB - Asia Commercial Bank, overseeing various projects such as e-wallet, video call, digital identity, AI, robotic, merchant acquiring, corporate card strategy, digital ecosystem, data strategy, customer journey, and digital transformation. Previously, Hanh held positions at companies such as Techcombank, Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, and MBbank, where responsibilities included deputy management, team leadership in digital banking sales, and online sales department management. With a strong educational background in MBA, banking, corporate, finance, and securities law, Hanh has demonstrated expertise in card risk management, project development, and card sales.
