Chloe Low

Chloe Low is a seasoned project and program management professional with experience at Asia Infrastructure Solutions since January 2023. Prior to this role, Chloe worked at Arcadis from October 2015 to February 2023 as an Assistant Project Manager. Earlier experience includes a position as Development Executive at Santarli Management Services from September 2013 to August 2015, and a brief role as Marketing Intern at Keppel Land in June 2011. Chloe's career began with internships in brand and marketing at The Ascott Limited in 2008. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Psychology and Marketing from Singapore Management University, where studies took place from 2009 to 2013.
