Anne-Marie Smith's work experience begins in 1987 as a Sheet Fed Offset Printer at The Donald Birchip Times. Anne-Marie then worked as a Production Planner at Printgraphics from 1992 to 1994 and as a Production Controller at PMP Print from 1994 to 1996. From 1996 to 2004, Anne-Marie served as a Senior Production Controller at ACP, where they launched various magazines and acted as a liaison between the printer, editorial, and advertising departments.

In 2004, they became a Production Manager at Express Publications, overseeing the production of multiple niche titles. Anne-Marie moved on to Next Digital in 2006, starting as a Production Manager before progressing to roles such as Ford Delivery Manager and Senior Project Manager for the Global Clients Group.

After that, they served as a Senior Project Manager at APDgroup.com from 2015 to 2017 and as a Content Operations Manager at Asia Pacific Digital from 2017 onwards. Anne-Marie also worked at APD. as a Marketing Operations & Project Management professional, starting in 2017.

Most recently, they joined GrowthOps in 2017, initially as a Campus Manager and later as a Senior Project Manager. Presently, Anne-Marie holds the position of Head of Business Transformation at GrowthOps, where they focus on content migration projects and the implementation of internal process systems and software in South East Asia.

Anne-Marie Smith attended Catholic College Bendigo from 1980 to 1986, where they obtained their Year 12 HSC. Anne-Marie then attended RMIT University from 1987 to 1990, where they earned a Certificate of Printing Machining with a specialization in Graphic and Printing Equipment Operation and General Production. Anne-Marie also completed a non-diploma course in Applied Journalism at RMIT University, although the specific date of completion is not provided.
