Andy started their career at Corporate Executive Search, Inc. in 2016, where they worked as a Recruitment Associate and gained experience in sourcing and recruitment. Andy also served as a Human Resources - Sourcing Associate for Mondelez Philippines, Inc., and as a Recruitment Processing Outsourcing (Sourcing Associate Intern) during this time.

In 2017, Andy joined Asia Select, Inc. (ASI) as a Recruitment Associate | Career Architect. Andy played a crucial role in providing creative recruitment solutions to local and global companies in the Philippines and other parts of Asia. Andy worked closely with diverse industry clients, delivering excellence in executive search, contingency search, and recruitment process outsourcing.

Andy's dedication and expertise led to their promotion as a Senior Recruitment Associate | Senior Career Architect in 2019, where they continued to contribute to the company's success. In 2021, they further advanced their career at ASI as an Activation Manager. In this role, they designed effective recruitment strategies, built a strong network of clients, and managed end-to-end sourcing and recruiting needs. Andy utilized industry best practices, including direct sourcing, networking, internet-based and social media recruiting, and emerging technologies.

Currently, Andy serves as the Cluster Head at ASI, a position they assumed in 2023. As the Cluster Head, they oversee the execution of recruitment activities, leads a team, and ensures the success of the company's recruitment initiatives.
