Matt Melore

Matt Melore is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Help Desk Coordinator at Asia Society since November 2023. Prior roles include IT Analyst and IT Specialist at David Yurman, where responsibilities included managing Active Directory access requests in a mixed Microsoft environment and inventorying equipment. At Oscar Health, Matt worked extensively with macOS and ChromeOS, playing a key role in relocating the office and handling help desk operations in a high-demand environment. While at Avenues: The World School, Matt excelled as the sole Helpdesk Coordinator, supporting a large client base using Apple technologies and documenting client requests efficiently. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Macaulay Honors College at Baruch College from 2010 to 2014.
