Maylae Thu is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Asia Strategic Holdings since February 2023, Maylae previously held the position of Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Sedona Hotel Yangon from February 2020 to February 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Manager of the Compensation and Benefits Section at AYA Bank from November 2016 to January 2020, and Assistant Human Resources Manager at Yangon Aerodrome Company Limited from September 2010 to October 2016. Maylae's educational background features ongoing certification in Human Resources Management from SHRI, an Executive Diploma in Human Resources Management from RVi Institute, a Diploma in Accounting from LCCI, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Dagon University.
