Sarah Gray

Sarah Gray, currently the Head of People at British Airways Holidays since May 2021, previously held various positions within the company, starting as a Product Executive and eventually transitioning into roles such as Global Trainer, Training & Development Manager, and People and Development Manager. Sarah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Sussex in 1999 and later pursued a Master's degree in Personnel & Development with CIPD accreditation from the University of Brighton from 2008 to 2011.
