Debby Francisco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public-private partnerships and operational roles within the Asian Development Bank (ADB), where current responsibilities as a Public-Private Partnership Coordinator began in September 2022, following various positions from May 2015 to July 2021. Previous experience includes managerial and analytical roles at Navarro Amper & Co (Deloitte Philippines) and Deloitte Corporate Finance Limited, where expertise in delivering high-quality services, conducting due diligence, and compliance was honed.
