Jaymee Bernardo

Jaymee Bernardo is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Officer at the Asian Development Bank since July 2021, Jaymee previously held notable roles at MERALCO, including Head of Corporate Planning and Head of Organization & Talent Development and Employee Engagement at Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation. Jaymee has also served as an HR Business Partner for various subsidiaries of MERALCO, contributing to customer retail services and organization development. Educational background includes a Master’s in Business Administration from Ateneo de Manila University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines, along with an executive education stint at the University of Michigan.
