Anthony Colly

Anthony (Tony) Colly, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Summa Health since January 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing employee and labor relations as well as absence management. Prior to this role, Tony made significant contributions at Akron Children's Hospital as Manager of Employee Relations and at Summa Health System in various HR leadership positions, including System Director of Employee Relations. Tony's earlier career included significant experience in the United States Air Force, where roles spanned from Senior Training and Development to District Manager/Flight Chief. Tony holds an MBA and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University.
