Jinha Kim

Jinha Kim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in gender and climate change initiatives, currently serving as a Gender Specialist for the Asian Development Bank since August 2023. Previously, Jinha held roles as Deputy Country Representative and Senior Officer in Climate Smart Agriculture & Rural Development at the Global Green Growth Institute. Additional experience includes roles at UNDP as Programme Management Specialist and Regional Cooperation Specialist for the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation Programme, with noteworthy achievements such as special recognition for outstanding performance in 2019. Jinha's background encompasses significant contributions to governance and livelihoods, project management, and research in international development, demonstrated through earlier positions at organizations like the Korea Institute for Development Strategy and Korean Educational Development Institute. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Public Policy from the KDI School and a Master of Arts in Ancient Chinese Literature from Fudan University, complemented by a certificate course in Public Policy from The London School of Economics.
