Luke Fochtman serves as Deputy Country Director and Procurement Lead for the South Caucasus Region at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) since June 2019. Prior experience includes over nine years at Theodor Wille Intertrade (TWI) in various leadership roles, focusing on Aid & Development, Procurement, and Supply Chain Solutions across challenging environments. Luke's background encompasses management of programs for prominent organizations such as USAID and UK DfID, as well as oversight of operations in Central Asia and the Middle East, including significant projects within the oil and gas sector. Educational credentials include an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
