Ozzeir Khan

Ozzeir Khan is the current Director of the Digital Innovation & Architecture Division at the Asian Development Bank.

Ozzeir has over 25 years of experience in the field of technology and innovation. Ozzeir has worked with various multinational organizations such as the United Nations, KPMG, Oracle Corp, and Citibank.

In their previous role as the Head of Business Relationships & Technology Innovation Labs at the United Nations, Ozzeir was responsible for digital innovation and analytics, technology for SDGs, global policies and standards, strategy and business relationships, and member state innovation capacity building.

At KPMG, Ozzeir worked as a Manager in the Technology Management Consulting division where they were responsible for risk management systems and customer digital channels.

At Oracle Corp, Ozzeir worked as a Manager for Financial Products. And at Citibank, they worked as a Manager for Credit Systems.

Ozzeir has a proven track record of successful experience in leading and managing teams in complex environments. Ozzeir is an expert in their field and is highly respected by their peers.

Ozzeir Khan has a BS from The University of Texas at Arlington in Computer Systems and an MBA from University of Baltimore. Ozzeir also has a master's from ICB in business administration.

Ozzeir Khan reports to Pierre Passin, Deputy Director General, Information Technology Department. Ozzeir Khan works with Matt Farley - Director, Infrastructure & Technology Division, Brian McGrory - Director, Program Management Division, and Naoto Yamamoto - Director, Digital Solutions Division.
