Thomas Silvain

Thomas SILVAIN currently serves as a Transport Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) since November 2025. Prior to this role, Thomas worked at SYSTRA from June 2016 to November 2025, where responsibilities included Production Manager for SYSTRA Philippines, Technical Coordinator Lead, Chef de lot Voie, and Ingénieur études et travaux Voie. Earlier experience includes a position as Conducteur de travaux at SOPREMA Entreprises in the summer of 2014. Thomas holds an engineering degree from ESTP - Grande école d'ingénieurs de la construction (2012-2015) and a Master's degree in Territorial and Urban Strategies from Sciences Po (2015-2016). Additionally, Thomas completed a BTS in Public Works at Lycée Pierre-Adrien Pâris (2009-2011).
