Vincent Nicolier

Vincent Nicolier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, and Organizational Effectiveness. Currently, Vincent serves as the Head of Learning & Organizational Effectiveness at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), where responsibilities include developing and implementing talent management frameworks, overseeing employee engagement initiatives, and aligning Learning & Development strategies with corporate goals.
