Dhrumeel Dutia

Dhrumeel Dutia serves as the Manager of Human Resources for International at Asian Paints since May 2020, acting as an HR Business Partner for International Businesses. Previously, Dhrumeel held the role of HR Business Partner for Sales & Marketing in the West Division, overseeing recruitment, employee lifecycle management, learning and development, career growth, employee engagement, and wellness for approximately 600 executives. Dhrumeel gained valuable experience as an Executive Committee Member at the Forum for Industrial Relations at XLRI and interned at Aditya Birla Group, focusing on organization effectiveness and career development. Additional internship experience includes work at the Institute For Plasma Research, where Dhrumeel deployed DSP modules for high voltage power supplies. Dhrumeel holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Dharmsinh Desai University and an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.
