Chelsea Bollinger possesses extensive experience in community services and program coordination, currently serving as the Community Service Coordinator for the City of Menifee since 2018, after previously holding the role of Community Service Leader I. Additionally, Chelsea has been a Program Coordinator for Special Olympics Southern California since June 2016, following an administrative assistant position with the organization. Chelsea began involvement with Special Olympics as a volunteer from 2014 to 2015. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a concentration in business from Hope International University and multiple Associate of Arts degrees in various disciplines from Riverside City College, reflecting a strong foundation in both community engagement and comprehensive education.
