Divyanshu Rai has a diverse background in sustainability, risk management, and operations, currently serving as Manager - Sustainability, Risk Management, & CSR at Asian Paints since May 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Management Trainee in Supply Chain at Asian Paints and a Sustainability Intern at DNV, where significant contributions included materiality assessments and recommendations for business model adjustments. Divyanshu has also interned with The World Bank, Johnson & Johnson, Aditya Birla Group, AkzoNobel, Saint-Gobain, and Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on research, climate initiatives, supply chain optimization, and DevOps. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University Institute of Technology, RGPV.
