Shivam Shourya

Shivam Shourya has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Asian Paints since May 2019, where responsibilities include recruiting Managers and Assistant Managers across various functions. Earlier roles at Asian Paints included managing L&D, payroll, employee relations activities, recruitment, and performance management at a unionized plant. Prior to these positions, Shivam held internships at notable organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, HSBC, and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, focusing on diversity and inclusion, employee experience, and performance management systems. Shivam holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from SRM IST Chennai.
