Mohammad Salehinezhad

Mohammad Salehinezhad has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to the present. Mohammad began their career at Parto alunit co. as the Management Representative and Quality Manager. Mohammad then worked at Peivand sanaat pishro as a QA Supervisor. In 2002, they joined Fara keifiat gostar as the Management Representative and Management Consultant. At IQMS - Iran. Branch (Marzban keifiat), they served as the Lead Tutor from 2006 to 2010.

Salehinezhad then moved on to IMQ S.p.A., where they held multiple roles including Senior Auditor and HSE Technical Manager and Senior Auditor. Mohammad audited various management systems such as QMS, EMS, OH&SMS, ITSMS, FSMS, HSE, Automotive QMS-IATF16949, and Oil & Gas QMS-ISO/TS 29001.

In 2012, Salehinezhad took on the role of Quality & Excellency Vice President at Asiatech Co. Mohammad developed management systems such as QMS, EMS, CSM, TMS, and more. Mohammad then became the Executive Vice President of the company, managing procurement and purchasing, supply chain planning and management, warehouse and storage processes, and HR processes. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Asiatech Co., where they define and develops the organization's strategy on different levels and leads the company towards achieving its objectives.

Mohammad Salehinezhad's education history includes a Master of Science (M.S.) in Enterpreneurship from the University of Tehran, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Islamic Azad University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Technology Management at Islamic Azad University, starting in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Salehinezhad has acquired various certifications. Mohammad obtained the TIA 942 essential certification from Marzban Keifiat in March 2021. In January 2021, they completed the Strategy development and implementation by OKR certification from Raveshmand Consulting. In 2013, they completed the INQA model, submission development, self-assessment training courses from ICTINQA. Salehinezhad also obtained the ISO 20000-1 (ITSMS) lead auditor training course from NISCERT in July 2013. Furthermore, they achieved the ISO 22000 (FSMS) lead auditor training course from DAS in April 2008, and the ISO/TS 16949 (Automotive QMS) lead auditor training course from ANFIA Italy in October 2007. In previous years, Salehinezhad obtained various certifications such as Train the Trainers from DNV in August 2007, Startegic planning based on BSC from TUV NORD IRAN in June 2007, ISO 14001 (EMS) training course from IMQ S.p.A. in June 2006, OHSAS 18001 (OH&S) Lead auditor training course from IMQ S.p.A. in June 2006, EFQM - submission development, self-assessment & assessor training courses from MKP in July 2004, and ISO 9001 (QMS) lead auditor training course from IMQ S.p.A. in June 2003. Lastly, they completed SPC, MSA, FMEA, QFD, APQP, PPAP, and COQ training courses from Kayen Company in June 2001.
