Aditya Jha

Aditya Jha has worked in the IT and engineering industry since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Business Development Executive at INA Solution, where they were heavily involved in recruiting IT and non-IT professionals. In 2016, they joined ASICSoft as a Sr. Manager of Business Development and Recruiting, providing engineering and IT consulting and staffing services. Currently, Aditya is a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant at Rapid Silicon.

Aditya Jha obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Information Technology from Vinoba Bhave University between 2009 and 2013. Aditya also holds a certification in ADIT from NIIT Limited.
