Rolf van Beek

Rolf Van Beek has extensive work experience in project management, process improvement, and consultancy roles. Rolf is currently working at ASICS Corporation as a Project Management Officer - PMO lead, where they are responsible for establishing a Project Management Office and overseeing IT projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant Process Improvement HR at Novadic-Kentron, identifying optimization opportunities in HR processes and systems. Rolf also served as an Interim- & Transition Manager Education Logistics at Universiteit Utrecht, managing educational logistics. Additionally, Rolf has held various roles at Sharp Eyes Interim, Bakerstreet, and Nike, where they specialized in portfolio, program, and project management, as well as HR-IT project management and transition management. Rolf started their career as a Consultant HR Systems at VroomHR and worked as a Process Improvement Consultant at Mavim. Rolf also has experience in personnel management and teaching at Diakonessenhuis and Basisschool respectively.

Rolf Van Beek has a Master's degree in Organization & Policy from Utrecht University, which they obtained from 1987 to 1994. In 2018, they completed a Leading SAFe 4.0 program at Scaled Agile. In 2016, Rolf completed a Transition Management Practicum at the Nike Center of Excellence. Rolf also received a Lean Coach certification from the same center in 2013 to 2014. Additionally, Rolf obtained a certification in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People from the Nike Center of Excellence in 2004. In 2001, they studied Project Management at CadenceMC/EU.
