Susan Wang

Susan Wang has over 23 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Susan began their career in 1997 as a Senior Staff Scientist at ICOS Corporation. In 1996, they served as Director of R&D at Endocyte, Inc. In 2004, they joined MDS Pharma Services as Strategic Director - Asia and Chief Representative of Shanghai Rep Office, and then as Director of Business Development. In 2011, they joined Ricerca Biosciences through acquisition as a Strategic Director. Susan then joined Nordion as Senior Director, Commercial Development - Asia. In 2013, they joined BTG through acquisition of the Targeted Therapies business as Senior Director, Commercial Development Asia Pacific. In 2018, they joined Boston Scientific through acquisition of BTG as Vice President Commercial Development Asia Pacific, where they closed a strategic investment deal with a local partner and became a board member. In 2020, they joined Asieris Pharmaceuticals as Senior Vice President Commercial and Global Business Development.

Susan Wang holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Science from Purdue University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Chemistry from Fudan University from 1986 to 1990.
