Gabriel King

Director, Innovation at Asignio

Gabriel King has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an Apple Field Service Technician at Dotfoil LLC, where they were responsible for software and hardware troubleshooting and repair, computer sales and personal computing solutions consulting, and spearheading a new classroom instruction program for iOS and macOS products. Gabriel also led a store-wide point-of-sale software replacement project. In 2015, they began working at Los Alamos National Laboratory as a Software and Applications Engineering for the Work Order & Security Team (SAE-2), where they engineered custom enterprise business applications for laboratory-wide use. Gabriel also worked on the Service Innovation, Operations Support Team (SI-ITS), where they deployed and maintained support and training systems. In 2018, they began working at Pontifical Gregorian University as a Project Assistant, where they assisted the Gregorian's Historical Archives with research, transcription, and annotation of the 17th century Latin manuscript APUG 1053 Athanasius Kircher's Dialogus Asceticus "Cosmiele et Theodidacto Interlocutoribus". Finally, they are currently working at Asignio as the Director of Innovation and a Software Developer.

Gabriel King attended St Michaels High School from 2009 to 2015. In 2014, they obtained an Apple Certified Support Professional certification from Apple. In 2013, they obtained an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician certification from Apple. Gabriel then attended the University of Notre Dame from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
