Jeff McMahan

Jeff McMahan is a senior synthetic biologist at Asimov, with a progressive career in synthetic biology and biomedical engineering. McMahan has extensive experience in developing synthetic protein and cellular systems for immunotherapy and tissue engineering at Boston University's Ngo Lab as a graduate research assistant. Additional roles include test engineering intern at HeartWare Inc, where responsibilities involved system design and validation, and undergraduate researcher positions focusing on biophysics and biomechanics at the University of Miami. McMahan holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science degree in the same field from the University of Miami.
