Eduardo Téllez

Eduardo Téllez has extensive work experience in various companies. Eduardo began their career at HSBC as a Security Director from August 1998 to September 2005. Eduardo then worked at Schering Plough Intervet as a Security Manager from April 2006 to November 2011. Téllez later joined Merck Group as the EHS&S LATAM Product Crime and Trade Compliance Officer from August 2011 to March 2018. In 2018, they became the Chief Security Officer and SC&TP at Laboratorios Liomont. Additionally, Téllez has held prominent roles at ASIS International, including Head Globalization Supply Chain & Transport Protection Council and Miembro Consejo Directivo / Comité Global Supply Chain / Comité Mexico Certificaciones.

Eduardo Téllez's education history is as follows:

- From 2021 to 2022, they studied at Centro Estudios Superiores Navales CESNAV and obtained a diploma in Sistema Comando Incidentes (SCI) with a focus on Marine.

- In 2018 and 2019, they attended UDLAP Jenkins Graduate School, where they earned a diploma in Digital Environment Security with a specialization in Informatics Engineering.

- Between 2005 and 2017, they pursued studies at the American Society for Industrial Security and obtained a CPP degree in the field of Security.

- From 1979 to 1982, they attended Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and graduated with a degree in Actuaria, specializing in Applied Mathematics.

- Eduardo also holds certifications from NFPA National Fire Protection Association in Inspection, Test, & Maintenance (2016) and from the National Safety Council in POSH Principles of Occupational Safety and Health (2016).

- Eduardo is a Certified CAPA System expert from Business Excellence Consulting Inc.

- Eduardo obtained a certification in NFPA25 Inspección, Prueba y Mantenimiento de Sistemas Protección contra incendios base agua from NFPA National Fire Protection Association.

- Eduardo has also completed a program on Seguridad en la Cadena de Suministro bajo el Programa C-TPAT, offered by SIL Consultores.

Additionally, Eduardo Téllez holds the following certifications:

- Eduardo is part of the Programa de Mentoring ASIS International Latinoamérica & El Caribe from ASIS Internacional, which they are currently participating in (obtained in 2023).

- Eduardo has also completed the Líder Go - G2 program from Tecnológico de Monterrey (obtained in 2022).

- Eduardo is a CPP certified by ASIS International.
