Carlos Bohorquez

Carlos Bohorquez has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several companies. Carlos has recently served as the VP Ejecutivo - Gerente General at Asiservy S.A. since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Asiservy S.A. from January 2020 to June 2021. Before joining Asiservy S.A., Carlos was the Owner of LOGMICAR S.A. Freight Forwarder from June 2019 to April 2021. Additionally, they held the role of CORPORATE HR AND RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER at Corporación El Rosado S.A. from May 2017 to June 2019. Carlos also gained valuable experience at SABMiller, where they served in multiple roles including HR Director (Commercial Senior Business Partner) from April 2013 to March 2017, Organizational Development Manager from December 2010 to March 2013, HR OPERATIONS AND LABOR RELATIONS MANAGER from April 2009 to December 2010, and HR Generalist from March 2006 to April 2009.

Carlos Bohorquez has a diverse education history. In 2005, they obtained a Commercial Degree (Ingeniero Comercial) from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral, where they studied Business Administration. From 2012 to 2016, they pursued a Master's Degree in HR & Knowledge Management from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México. Following that, from 2015 to 2017, they attended IDE Business School and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General. Most recently, in 2021, they completed a Diploma of Education in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School.

In addition to their academic achievements, Carlos has also pursued professional certifications. In 2019, they obtained a certification in "Building a Talent Pipeline from New Recruits to Leadership" from LinkedIn. In 2015, they completed the "SABMiller Executive Leadership Development Programme LATAM" offered by SABMiller. Finally, in 2011, they obtained a certification as an "Appreciative Inquiry Trainer" from Appreciative Inquiry (Company of Experts).
