Susana Vazquez Valle

Susana Vazquez Valle is an experienced operations director with a robust background in customer service and team management. Since May 2007, Susana has held the position of Directora de Operaciones at ASITUR ASISTENCIA S.A, overseeing a team of over 400 individuals and managing key performance indicators, annual budgeting, and operational improvements. Prior to ASITUR, Susana worked at Emergia Contact Center as Jefe Servicio Callcenter Yoigo, leading a team of over 200 employees in a mobile telephony project. Susana's professional journey began at Grupo Konecta, where experience was gained in various roles, ultimately serving as Jefe de Servicio for the Jazztel account. Susana holds a Licenciatura in Sociología Industrial from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Master's degree in Técnicas de Intervención social en RRHH, and completed a Programa Superior in Gestión de Contact Center at ESIC Business & Marketing School.
