Darrell Berry has a diverse work experience spanning more than 30 years. Darrell started their career in the US Air Force as a Technical Service Materials Officer from 1988 to 1994. Darrell then worked as a Senior Buyer at Dana Corporation from 1994 to 1997, followed by a role as a Purchasing & Inventory Control Manager at MagneTek/A.O. Smith from 1997 to 2000. At Siemens Energy & Automation, they served as a Principal Commodity Manager from 2000 to 2005, where they were responsible for the sourcing of various engineered components and metals. From 2005 to 2011, Darrell worked at Hexion Inc. as a Manager, overseeing the sourcing of direct and indirect materials to support the company's $7B Industrial Chemical Business. Darrell then joined The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company in 2011 as a Sourcing Lead, managing the sourcing function for multiple material categories. Prior to their current role, Darrell held various managerial positions at Worthington Industries from 2014 to 2017, including Corporate Strategic Materials Sourcing Manager and Manager of Supply Chain Alternate Fuels & Strategic Sourcing-Cylinders. In 2017, they joined ASK Chemicals L.P. as the Director of Strategic Sourcing for the Americas.

Darrell Berry's education history began in 1985 when they attended The Ohio State University. Darrell studied Business Administration and Management, but it is not indicated whether they completed a degree during their time there. From 1990 to 1993, Darrell Berry attended Hawaii Pacific University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
