Lewis has previously worked at Whitbread as both a Deputy General Manager and General Manager, where Lewis pushed himself to achieve more each day. Currently, Lewis holds the position of General Manager at ASK Italian, where Lewis works to create a brilliant sales culture within a large team and strives to provide memorable visits for guests.
