Phil Boyd is an experienced operations and business development leader in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the International Operations and Business Development Director at Zizzi Restaurants since June 2016, Phil heads the Operations Team and has successfully introduced Zizzi into new markets in China and Ireland. Previously, Phil held the position of Operations Director at Zizzi and has also been an Operations Director for ASK Italian since July 2010, contributing to the Gondola Group’s board. Phil's earlier career includes the roles of Head of Operations and Regional Director at Esporta and JD Wetherspoon, respectively. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science Hons degree in Hotel and Catering Management from the University of Surrey, earned between 1990 and 1994.
