Karan Joshi

Karan Joshi is a seasoned machine learning engineer with extensive experience in data science and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Ask Media Group since January 2021, Karan previously held positions as a Machine Learning Engineer at Ask Applications and a Data Science Developer at Commvault, working with technologies such as R, Python, Hadoop, and Spark. Karan also has experience in academic research as a Research Assistant at Stony Brook University, focusing on Cyber-Physical Systems and affective computing. Earlier career roles include an Embedded Software Engineer Intern at Jasmine Universe LLC, where Karan developed device drivers and troubleshoot hardware, and an Engineering Intern at Brookhaven National Laboratory, contributing to automated systems for drug discovery.
