Amy Sparkes is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in various roles. Currently serving as a Life Skills Worker at ASK Wellness Society since November 2021, Amy has prior experience as an Owner/Operator at Student Works Painting from January 2020 to April 2022. Additionally, involvement with Thompson Rivers University as a Communications Coordinator Co-op for the Faculty of Student Development involved managing social media to inform students about campus events and services. Prior roles include Assistant Manager at Sparkes Corn Barn, where responsibilities encompassed interviewing, hiring, training, and quality control, as well as a brief tenure as Division Manager at Ranchers Restaurant. Amy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Thompson Rivers University, earned between 2016 and 2020.
ASK Wellness Society
The ASK Wellness Society is a not for profit organization that supports individuals within the BC Region with opportunities and the resources to change their current situation. It is about reaching out to those people who are homeless and battling addictions, helping them find housing and medical care, addressing their addictions, stabilizingmental health issues and, ultimately, providing them with the skills to re-enter the work force.
