Nalina Sarma

Nalina Sarma has extensive work experience in the field of design and product design. Nalina is currently working as the Head of Design at Diem since December 2022. Before that, they worked as the Head of Product Design at Geneva from August 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Design at CookUnity from July 2020 to August 2021.

Nalina has also worked as an Advisor for User Experience & Design at HATCH | Business Communities & Events from March 2020 to August 2021. Nalina has a background in freelance work, having served as a Creative Director and Designer on various projects from February 2006 to August 2021.

In addition, Nalina has held significant roles at Sullivan, where they worked as the Group Director of User Experience & Design from January 2020 to June 2020 and as a Freelance Design Director from February 2016 to June 2016.

Nalina has a strong background in user experience and design, having worked as a Director of Product Design at Updater from August 2019 to January 2020. Nalina also held various positions at Originate, including Senior Director of User Experience & Design from February 2018 to January 2019, Director of User Experience & Design from December 2016 to February 2018, and Freelance Product Design Lead from June 2016 to December 2016.

Earlier in their career, Nalina worked as a Freelance Associate Creative Director at Cloudberry Creative from September 2015 to February 2016. Overall, they have gained diverse experience and expertise in design and product design through their various roles and freelance work.

Nalina Sarma pursued their education at the University of Maryland from 1999 to 2005. During this time, they achieved a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a specialization in Graphic Design.
