Mette Hole

Mette Hole has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the Head of People at Askeladden & Co, where they are responsible for all aspects of HR, including recruitment, organizational development, employee and leadership development, and culture-building. Mette also leads the HR team and plays a key role in building startup companies. Prior to this, Mette worked at Deloitte Norge as a Manager, Human Capital, focusing on leadership development and learning transformation, and as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, specializing in process efficiency, project management, and strategy and operations. Mette also has experience in event management as a Project Manager at EIK Gruppen and in various roles at cultural festivals such as UKEN and Studentlekene Bergen Challenge. Mette started their career as a Butikkmedarbeider at B.young and later gained experience in the banking industry as a Sommervikar at Nordea. Mette also worked at Norsk Moteforum in project management and assistant roles. Overall, Mette brings a strong background in HR and organizational development as well as experience in project management, leadership development, process improvement, and event planning.

Mette Hole obtained their Master's degree in Strategy & Management and Financial Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) during the period of 2010 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Ski videregående skole from 2006 to 2009, where they studied Idrettsfag, although no degree was mentioned for this period.
