Darshi Kuruvitaarachchi is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at IPD Group since August 2025, Darshi has previously held significant positions including Global Director of Human Resources at WIA Systems Inc and Head of Human Resources at Sana Commerce Sri Lanka. Experience spans from an HR Manager role at IPD Colombo to senior management positions in international organizations such as the Norwegian Refugee Council. Darshi's educational background includes a Master's degree in Labour Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Colombo and a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from the Open University of Sri Lanka.
