Neera Arya

Neera Arya is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Questrade Financial Group since September 2022, Neera leads a global team of HR Business Partners to support technology leaders and colleagues. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner in Technology at Questrade, Co-Chair of the Trips Committee for Daytrippers Children's Charity, and Senior Manager of HR at TD, where Neera managed talent and learning initiatives affecting over 22,000 employees. Neera's background also includes positions as a Talent Specialist at CTC Resourcing Solutions, Co-founder of myTripAmigo, and Talent Partner at Wipro. Neera holds multiple MBA degrees from the Schulich School of Business and Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, alongside a BBA from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies.
